The pandemic changed so many things about life - good and bad. Missing my days of regular training. It’s so hard to find gyms near me now that survived AND that allow adults. And it’s always an insurance problem. If we allowed teens to transition into less intense adult classes after retirement and structure, adults wouldn’t BE so high risk.
