#AFABQueen celebrates individuals assigned female at birth who embrace their identity, express femininity, and challenge gender norms. It fosters empowerment, self-love, creativity, and community through sharing personal stories and experiences.
With less than a week of 2024 left, I’ve thought back on this year that turned out to be so much better than I expected going into it. I put myself on the path to recovery from an abusive relationship. I worked on myself and finally got the help for two mental health misdiagnoses I’ve struggled with for so long. I set boundaries and started loving myself. And not only has my personal life flourished, but my drag has as well! I’ve worked so hard to keep my drag growing and thriving, and to be able to take it all over North America! The top highlights being getting brought back to Canada for two events, performing at She’s In Parties and Blasphemeet in LA, performing “The Most Wonderful Girl” with Lords of Acid at their tour finale show, and getting to perform on the Bar Sinister stage at an event that I hosted for the very first time! Thank you to everyone apart of these events that made these opportunities possible for me! And thank you to everyone that still continues to book me, take a chance on me, and support my drag overall.
