STOLEN GEAR with @Air Canada Probably my last post. Air Canada has made it crystal clear that they do not care if an employee robs their customers. Zero accountability, full on gaslighting. Focusing on the positives: so very grateful for my business insurance and how they have helped me (at least partially). The fact that they acknowledged what happened and that it actually DID happen?? FINALLY. Apathy has ruled over me, though. What’s the point of even trying to hold anyone accountable at this point? #aircanada #aircanadasucks
