If you are looking for an easy holiday dinner idea. This cranberry glazed air fryer Wild Pacific King salmon meal is a must make! It has all the flavors of the holidays and it is super easy to make.  Cranberry Glazed Air Fryer Salmon: Air fryer salmon: 2 Wild Pacific King Salmon filets 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil  Salt + pepper to taste Cranberry Glaze: 1 cup fresh organic cranberries 2 Tbsp coconut aminos 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp ginger powder 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley  Instructions: 1. Add your king salmon filets to an oven safe dish, drizzle olive oil on top, sprinkle salt and ground pepper on top 2. Air fry on 400 F for 10 minutes 3. To a pot on medium low heat, add cranberries, balsamic vinegar, coconut aminos, honey, spicy brown mustard, garlic powder, ginger powder 4. Cook until the cranberries have bursted and the sauce thickens, stirring throughout (about 10 minutes) 5. Once salmon is done spread some of the cranberry sauce on top and cook an additional 2-3 minutes 6. Sprinkle the top with fresh cilantro 7.
