I locked in starting in January of 2024 with my fasting journey. I have enjoyed myself and indulged a lot in December and was feeling a way about my goals being derailed but then I was reminded about how far I’ve come this year and since last December. I usually gain 10-15lbs during the holidays but not this year. Gym Vlog: Leg Day Day 8 of 31 #keepitmoving I don’t usually do voiceovers for these gym vlogs but I thought it would give more context to what I’m wearing and what I do when I get to the gym. If you are new here, I have lost 60lbs over the last year mainly through fasting but I’ve also been very consistent with being active. With the #keepitmoving challenge I do daily activity of at least 30 mins each day. With strength training, my sessions are an hour, Pilates classes are 50 mins, and when I walk outside or on the walking pad it’s 30 mins. I currently do 2 days of strength training and 2 days of Pilates. On the days in between, I walk.
