@elephante brand new to the @scottsdalefashionsquare The cuisine is coastal southern Italy 🇮🇹 make sure to get the espresso martini I thought it was really cool that they can burn any image in it I had them put my EATDRINKAZ® everyone is raving about the whipped eggplant. Trust me get this. 🔥 Another appetizer I tried was the grilled white shrimp and a lemon butter sauce . All of their pizzas are wood fired. I went with the sopressata 🍕 For entrées, I tried the 20 ounce dry age bone in ribeye. It will run you $120. I also got the cacio e Pepe for only $20 and that was outstanding! They open for lunch and brunch starting this week. Day 5 in Arizona was nothing short of magical as we celebrated Christmas at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess! 🎄✨ We got there early (because we had no clue what to expect) and ended up staying over FOUR hours because there was just so much to do! 😅 Christmas at the Princess transforms the resort into a winter wonderland with over 7.5 million lights spread across 65 acres. It’s open from 4 PM – 11 PM daily during the holiday season, and trust me, it’s a vibe! From ice skating under the stars to exploring the Lagoon Lights, it felt like stepping into a Christmas movie. We kept busy with sledding at Snow Mountain, riding the Ferris Wheel, and of course, hopping aboard the Princess Express Train for a magical ride through the stunning light displays. 🚂✨ The kids were in awe, and even Braddah C and I got caught up in the holiday spirit (though my feet are still recovering from all the walking, lol). The food, the atmosphere, the lights—everything was so festive and beautiful! If you’re in Scottsdale for the holidays, this is an absolute must-do.
