#spinachdip #artichoke #spinach #appetizer #Recipe #EasyRecipe #nye #gamedayfood #cheesy #carnationnation #carnationmilk Spinach and Artichoke Dip Ingredients 10oz frozen spinach, thawed and liquid drained 14oz can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped 12oz cream cheese softened 4 cloves garlic, minced ¾ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper or white pepper ½ tsp granulated onion 1-2 tsp of hot sauce 1 12oz can Carnation Evaporated Milk 2c mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 ½ c parmesan cheese, shredded Tortilla chips for serving Crostinis* for serving How to make spinach and artichoke dip 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and set aside. 2. In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, granulated onion, and hot sauce. 3. Pour in Carnation Evaporated Milk and stir to combine. Add in the shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, reserving about ½ c of each to sprinkle on top. Stir until combined. 4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir the mixture. Place back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Remove the spinach and artichoke dip from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheeses over the top. Place it back in the oven and bake for another 7 minutes until it is cheesy and bubbly. 5. Allow the dip to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving warm with your favorite tortilla chips and crostinis. *To make crostinis preheat the broiler. Slice a French baguette. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Drizzle the top of the baguette slices with olive oil. Place under the broiler for a few minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
