Creating an exceptional experience for my clients, rather than just offering a service, was key to building a loyal clientele. Ask yourself this, if there are thousands of estheticians within a 100-mile radius of you, what exactly are you doing to stand out? You might be just as talented as the esthetician down the street, but if she’s focused on creating an elevated experience for her clients, she will win the business. You could have years more experience, but if she’s investing in her education and keeps growing her skills, she will win the business. You might be well known in your city, but without a strong online presence or clear brand identity, she will win the business. Your spa might look more aesthetically pleasing, but if she knows how to market herself effectively, she will win the business. Make 2025 Your Year to Level Up Your brand is your foundation. Build it wisely, and the clients will follow.
