🚨Hard to watch🚨 This video is difficult to watch, not only due to the treatment of the dogs by the children but also because it reflects a troubling reality—a home environment that teaches exploitation of animals. While it’s challenging to view, it serves as a crucial reminder of the issues at hand. This video was posted proudly and publicly on the social media page @4kl_kennels but I chose to blur their faces because, once again, no child should be subjected to this or blamed for it; the responsibility lies with the parent. I’ve encountered countless accounts of backyard breeders operating without USDA licenses or AKC affiliation, breeding dogs and selling them for exorbitant prices, sometimes reaching $100,000 each. This situation warrants government intervention, but my immediate focus is on canceling the abhorrent event scheduled for Saturday, January 11, at the LA Convention Center. I’ve communicated with the AKC, and despite our differences, we share a common goal right now: to put an end to these unethical breeding practices and to shut down these events glorifying them. I urge you to tag the LA Convention Center and inform them that hosting this event perpetuates the mistreatment depicted in the video. Please tag @laconventioncenter and demand they cancel this event. The next post will have more contact info for the hosts and the managers at @laconventioncenter And for fu**s sake Mayor Bass- do something! You supported a breeder moratorium in LA. For you to allow this event to happen would mean the moratorium was merely a PR stunt. Be a leader who cares about innocent animals!🙏🐾
