Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin Wreath We’re making a showstopper wreath! We have a juicy pork loin wrapped in a crispy bacon with a hint of BBQ flavor throughout. I’ve partnered with @Prairie Fresh Pork and @dailyspremiummeat to create a fun holiday centerpiece using their pork loin and Daily’s steak cut bacon. This is such a fun center piece to make and the best part-it tastes incredible! The candied bacon adds a little sparkle to the wreath and tastes amazing with the tenderloin. Check out my link in bio to buy Prairie Fresh pork & Daily’s bacon near you! Ingredients 4 pkgs Daily’s Steak Cut Bacon 4 pkgs Prairie Fresh USA Prime® Pork Tenderloins 4 tbsp BBQ seasoning (see note below) Decoration: 1 head of kale, 1 cup fresh cranberries, toothpicks, fresh rosemary Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. NOTE: If your BBQ seasoning does not have brown sugar, take 1 tbsp of BBQ seasoning and add 1 tbsp brown sugar. Mix well. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and add a cooking rack on top. I like to make extra candied bacon in case one bow doesn't turn out. Add 4 strips of bacon on the sheet, then wrap 4 strips like seen in the video to create a bow. Sprinkle the brown sugar seasoning on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy. Remove, let cool. Turn the oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a cooking rack on top. Season the pork tenderloins with the rest of the BBQ seasoning. Then start to wrap the bacon around the tenderloin, tucking the end in when possible. You may need to use toothpicks to keep in place. Create a wreath shape by bring the ends of the tenderloin together with the bacon. Place on the cooking sheet. Place in the oven and bake until the bacon is crispy 30-40 minutes. Remove. Let sit for 20 minutes before decorating. For decorating watch the full video for instructions. Then enjoy!
