Gluten-free, dairy-free & low sugar oatmeal chocolate chip cookies 🍪🍪 Makes 12 large or 36 mini  1 cup oats 1/2 cup oat flour 1 cup peanut butter (only ingredient should be peanuts or peanuts and salt)  2 eggs 1/4 cup coconut sugar (can sub any kind of sugar)  1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking soda Pinch sea salt 3/4 cup chocolate chips  1) preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside 2) mix together peanut butter, eggs, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla 3) mix in the rest of your ingredients except for the chocolate chips 4) stir in chocolate chips 5) scoop out dough and roll into balls. Rinsing your hands halfway through will help if they are sticking to your hands  6) flatten each cookie dough ball using the bottom of your palm. You want to flatten them quite a bit because they don’t flatten very much when baking!  7) bake for 9-11 minutes (less if you make smaller cookies). Let cool completely before removing them from the tray. Brownie batter baked oats  If you’re looking for a healthy meal prep breakfast that actually taste good, you’re in the right place!! These taste like a brownie but are healthy enough to eat for breakfast! Try it and tag me! d’EATS -2 bananas -1/4 cup creamy nut butter (I used @oat brownie batter)  -1 cup milk (nut milk or whole milk works) -1/4 cup maple syrup  -1 egg -1 tsp vanilla extract  -2 1/2 cups oat flour  -1/4 cup cocoa powder  -1 tbsp instant espresso (optional) -2 tsp baking powder -1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)  How too: Start by preheating your oven to 350F  In a large bowl mash your bananas until smooth. Add in your maple syrup and nut butter and mix until combined. Add in your egg, vanilla and milk and mix until smooth. Add in all your dry ingredients and mix until completely incorporated. Transfer to a lined 8x8 baking dish.  Top with extra chocolate chips and Bake on 350F for 25-28 minutes. Banana Bread Baked Oats⁣ ⁣ I fear I may be addicted to these😍⁣ ⁣ Ingredients:⁣ 2 cups of oats⁣ 2 tsp baking powder⁣ 1 tsp baking soda⁣ 2 cups Fairlife milk ⁣ 2 tbsp PB2⁣ 2 scoops @Clean Simple Eats and protein (code HALEY10 saves you 10%)⁣ 2 bananas⁣ 1 tbsp ground flaxseed⁣ 1 tbsp honey ⁣ ⁣ Directions: ⁣ 1. Preheat your oven to 375⁣ 2. Blend your oats, baking powder and baking soda (you could also throw in the PB2, protein powder and ground flax if you want)⁣ 3. Then add in the rest of your ingredients (except the chocolate chips) + blend again - just enough for everything to be mixed⁣ 4. Spray your baking dish and then add in the mixture ⁣ 5.
