Easy dessert for Ramadan ❤️ Recipe: Semolina mixture- 1 cup semolina 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoons baking powder 1 cup of plain yogurt 1 cup vegetable oil 3eggs (Add half of the mixture onto a baking dish, bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown, add the ashta, then add the other half of the mixture and broil on low for 20-25 min or until golden brown, add the simple syrup, let it cool before cutting and enjoy ❤️) Ashta- 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon of orange blossom water 8 tablespoons corn starch (Mix over medium high heat until thickened) Simple syrup- 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water Small squeeze of lemon juice (Mix over high heat until the sugar is dissolved)
