How I make BEEF PHO! I want to start by saying that this is my personal take on beef pho, and by no means do I intend to offend anyone or claim it’s the most authentic version. I simply love the flavors and the comfort it brings, and I’m excited to share my method with you. This is a recipe I learned in culinary school and I absolutely love it. From the aromatic spices to the tender beef and fresh herbs, I’ll walk you through each step to create a bowl of BEEF PHO that’s both delicious and satisfying. So, I hope you give it a try and enjoy it just as much as I do! 😅 and also keep in mind I’m Mexican and I have an accent so if I pronounced it wrong I apologize ♥️ Tip*make sure to strain through a fine mesh or cheesecloth, you want the broth to be as clear as possible and also the more bones you add to this dish the more flavorful your broth is and depending on the day, I also like to blend the chiles with 1/2 an onion and a few garlic cloves from the broth. Ingredients:6-8 servings 2 lbs beef tender roast 4 lbs of bones- I like to use rib 1 tbsp coriander seeds 2 tsp fennel seeds 5 star anise 2 cardamom pods 2 cinnamon sticks 1/2 tsp cloves 4-5 oz ginger root 1 head of garlic 1 large onion or 2 small ones 3 chile puya 3 red chili pods 3 tbsp fish sauce 2- 2 1/2 tbsp coarse salt 2 tbsp sugar 8 oz rice noodles( Pad Thai Noodles) 1 serving of love 💕
