This is Sanctuary. Where theyâre able to grow old! Sometimes we have to slow down to catch these very sweet moments between two residents. This is Sienna and Venus. Though each arrived at Full Circle Farm Sanctuary through different circumstances, they both shared the need for safety and quality care. Sienna is known for being a bit sassy, but she has a softer side when it comes to some of her herd-mates. You can see her sharing a gentle moment with Venus, who is approaching her 11th birthday later this month. Venus is much more reserved than Sienna and stays to herself and some of the more senior ladies in the pasture. While these two are quite opposite in personality, they are both kind and caring with each other. Venus and Sienna share a pasture with Gloria, Rapunzel, Iola, Sylvia, Ingrid, Breah, Kelsey, Matthew, Levon and Jupiter. They all have unique personalities, identities and names from the moment they are rescued. The herd has formed a tight bond and look out for each other. Just like humans, some are closer to each other and they have their âclicksâ within the herd. Having a special friend is common throughout the pastures. Providing the residents with the safety to be exactly who they are and the ability to nurture bonds with friends and family is the reason why Full Circle Farm Sanctuary exists. The only thing we want from the residents is for them to feel safe, to live their best life and to make the choices that bring them the most happiness and peace. We donât want, ask, or need anything else from them. If they never want to interact with us, thatâs their choice and we honor their boundaries. Weâre simply grateful to be able to care for them and to witness them living freely.
