Boil eggs. Place in ice bath or run under cold water to stop the cooking process 2.) Remove yolks from whites then combine all ingredients (besides chives and whites) until smooth. Place in piping bag (can also use a spoon) 3.) Top with bourbon bacon jam then chives. Parsley can also be used as a garnish or the garnish can be skipped completely, as well. Enjoy!
