Instead of spreading myself thin trying to be everywhere at once, I dedicated my time to understanding what truly resonated with my audience on TikTok. I studied the content, analyzed what worked, and most importantly, showed up consistently. Here's what I learned... The pressure to post daily on multiple platforms can lead to burnout and inconsistency. Instead, focus on creating meaningful content that aligns with your values and schedule. Whether that's twice a week or three times a week - what matters is that it's sustainable for you.
