BREAKFAST PREP β¨ Iβll put the details below ππΌ If you want the link to anything shown here you can find it all in my bio π . . DONUT PAN EGG BITES: Mix 4 eggs, 2 teaspoons of onion powder, 1 cup of cooked bacon diced, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, salt & pepper. Add to greased donut pan and bake at 375 for 8 minutes. . FRUIT TRAY: Cut & washed all the fruit & put in our favorite fruit tray. . MINI MUFFINS: I used a greased mini muffin pan & pancake mix (can use muffin mix if you prefer). Add whatever toppings you like (I use mini choc chips, cin/sugar, and keep some plain). Give those a little mix with a tooth pic and bake at 400 for around 10 mins. . CREAM CHEESE BALLS: Mix together 1.5 cups of all purpose, unbleached flour, 2.5 teaspoons baking powder & 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. Once well combined, add in 1 & 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. Mix until little balls form and all is combined. Put on a work station with flour and kneed until not sticky. Add more flour if needed. Section off dough into little balls and flatten out to make circles. Add cream cheese in the middle. Roll into balls and place on baking sheet with parchment paper. Add egg wash, toppings (everything but the bagel seasoning or whatever you like). Bake at 375 for 20-25 mins. Heat these in air fryer or toaster oven when you want to eat them. We keep ours in the fridge. . Enjoy! . .
