The 2025 Ducati Panigale V4 is the new king of completely stock with BT Moto tuning, making a best run of 211WHP!! The 25 V4 is the first Panigale we’ve seen heavily restricted off the showroom floor. It made 189WHP with factory tuning, which is low for a V4. After we adjusted torque limiters and removed restrictions, along with a laundry list of other changes, at peak RPM, we’re making almost 30whp over stock! How fast is the 2025 Ducati Panigale V4 in 100% stock trim on 91 pump gas? We got to an indicated 197mph. While indicated isn’t a true measure of speed, it is still an impressive feat for a bike that’s stock as a rock, with mirrors and a rear plastic plate hanging off the back. We now know the new 2025 finally indicates speed over that infamous 18XMPH mark (no more “- - -“) AND this bike is definitely nerfed from the factory with throttle limiters, per gear limiters, and soft limiters higher in the RPM.
