Replying to @BonitaHippie😘 After boiling the mixture (grinded wheats/oats) for an hour, you have to lower the temperature of it from 160 degrees to 75-85 degrees. This was done through an ice bath. You do this so you won’t burn the yeast before the fermentation! I did taste it before the yeast was added and it taste like warm sweet tea! I’ll do a follow up once we’re trying the beer!
