Week 25- Buffalo Cauliflower Bites ❤️‍🔥 INGREDIENTS 1/2 head cauliflower 1/2 cup flour  1/4 tsp each: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika 1/2 cup milk  1/2 cup buffalo sauce of choice (anything Frank’s Hot is my favorite) Parsley to garnish and ranch to dip STEPS 1. Cut cauliflower into bite sized florets  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together flour, seasonings and milk until it forms a batter (can add some more milk or water if it’s too thick) 3. One at a time, dip cauliflower florets into the batter, shake off excess and line on baking tray or air fryer tray 4. Drizzle with avocado oil 5. Air fry at 375F for 20 minutes, shaking tray halfway thru  6. Add buffalo sauce and mix well. Air fry at same settings for another 5 minutes or until desired crispiness!  7.
