Listen, mistakes are inevitable. It's how we learn and grow to become better at the end. However, you don't NEED to go through them to see the end result. But rather, you can learn from OTHER people's mistakes. So save this post and learn from mine. 1. Being on a cut longer than 12 weeks You are ultimately hurting your metabolism and putting your body through SO MUCH unnecessary stress, and making it difficult to lose fat and even build muscle!! Give your body a break and go back into maintenance 2. Cutting out any macro from your diet A macronutrient is there FOR A REASON. I cut out Fats from my diet and got severely sick out of it. I've never felt more weak and unhealthy in my life. 3. Eating MORE healthy food I emphasize MORE because so many women make the mistake of thinking if they eat healthy food IN ADDITION to what they're currently eating... then they're going to lose fat. You are just adding more calories to your diet and gaining more weight because of it. 4. TRYING TO SPOT REDUCE FAT Girl I AM SORRY TO TELL YOU THIS, but believe me when I say YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE FAT. With time and consistency you will 100% be able to lose fat around those stubborn areas, but the same way you can't control where you fat gets stored... you can't control where you lose it. 5. Rushing the process Remember, great things come with time. If you try to rush the process, you will probably reach the end result for sure... but are you gonna be able to maintain that? Or did you build an unsustainable system to get to that point?
