I’m not saying that machines are bad but you shouldn’t be prioritizing machine work if you want to get the most out of the gym. I would recommend incorporating more free weighted movements because it will not only engage your core stabilizers, but you will also expend more energy /calories which would be more efficient for fat loss in the future. The most efficient way to get rid of your stomach and love handles is to develop the knowledge and skills around nutrition that actually fit your lifestyle.
