Yesterday I made a long form video on YouTube...storytelling about how l've lost my magic and I found it after a series of events starting with watching the movie Moana 2 with my daughter Syd. remembering that there is magic all around us all day every day is the first step. having gratitude for all of the good in our lives, focusing on the positive. yesterday I received a voice message, encouraging me to share about my diet, and the things I eat because people don’t know and they also want to prevent cancer. It took some reflecting to notice why i’ve been reluctant to share. There is so much conflicting info out there and so many of my videos get banned for saying i’m spreading misinformation- that i stopped.
