12 days of Paul Greene Movies: the Christmas Edition
#12 Did you know I’ve done 12 Christmas movies so far? We are highlighting all 12 of those Christmas movies leading up to Christmas, and we are kicking everything off with a true favorite of the fans. It stars Candace Cameron Bure, Sarah Strange, and David Lewis. It is directed by Ron Oliver. Here are 12 exclusive behind-the-scenes stories you may not know about
#achristmasdetour 1.It was my first Christmas movie, second Hallmark movie 2. This was my first time working with Candace Cameron Bure. 3.This was my second time working with Ron Oliver. 4.It was shot in the midst of a heatwave in Vancouver. 5.The airport that was supposed to be Buffalo was really Langley. 6. Eight of my cousins visited set & I gave them a bts tour. 7.We did not shoot on a real plane. It was a fake airplane just there for shooting. 8.My mom visited & did off-camera lines. When I say “Hi mom” she was really there tho you didn’t see her. She made dark chocolate pretzels for Ron Oliver as a wrap gift. 9. Ron Oliver always wears a suit on set & plays awesome music on set bts. 10.Ron gave me a few Cary Grant movies as a Christmas present because he’s a big fan of film noir. 11. The car accident was on a green screen & there were camera people under the car with long sticks rattling & spinning the car. 12.The big kiss at the end…cool camera trick to make the room look like it is spinning. We went clockwise while the camera went counterclockwise. Bonus: This was the first movie Viv Leacock & I did together. Anyone know when we reunited?? I look forward to reading your comments! This is the first of my 12 Christmas Movies. Please tag a friend & share. And be sure to come back later for
