We started on Jan 2nd I weighted 155.6lbs and weighed in on morning 4 of the carnivore diet at 152.2lbs 🙌🙌 Here is our thoughts so far… we are going pretty strict so we’ve cut out everything . No coffee, No sugar, No carbs, no veggies, just organic eggs meats, and grass fed beef, and some low lactose dairy. First few days on carnivore diet, I expedited headache and so did my husband but he also experienced body aches, I did not. Incorporating @buoy electrolytes in our water helped a lot! By day 3 we felt fine. I absolutely hate the flavor of beef tallow lol so there’s that, I definitely miss my morning coffee but it’s honestly not bad and I love seeing the immediate results. I haven’t seen the scale move since my six week postpartum checkup 5 months ago!
