Must Try Chinese Realstaurants in Chicago Pt. II - 3 Little Pigs Chi 🐷✨ Munchies once called this “the best secret Chinese restaurant in Chicago” 🏆, and after today, I totally get why. This spot is all about serving untraditionally authentic Chinese-American food 🤯. Owner Henry, born and raised in Bridgeport, takes traditional family recipes passed down for generations and combines them with flavors and techniques he’s embraced growing up in Chicago 🇺🇸. The result? Dishes that are bold, creative, and tell a story of heritage and innovation. Here’s what we tried: 🍗 Salt & Pepper Fried Chicken Sandwich – Crispy, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and topped with fried garlic + jalapeños 🌶️🔥, all in a soft brioche bun. It’s so good, it’s been named one of Chicago’s best by Eater! 👏 🍴 Combination Plate – Noodles, orange chicken, and the BEST Chinese BBQ pork I’ve ever had 🤤. Trust me—get the BBQ pork. You won’t regret it. 🥪 Hotpot Beef Sandwich – Think Chicago Italian beef, but elevated. The kicker? The hotpot au jus that’s rich, spicy 🌶️, and packed with flavor. Every dip took this sandwich to the next level 🙌. Everything was incredible, and I can’t wait to see what Henry cooks up next! If you’re ready to graduate from Panda Express 🐼, this is your spot. CHECK THEIR WEBSITES FOR LOCATIONS AS MORE ARE COMING! :) 🍜 Follow me for more Asian food gems around Chicago! ✨
