SLOW COOKER CHICKEN BURRITO BOWLS 🌯 Homemade Chipotle >>> Chipotle! This recipe is so customizable with the endless toppings you can add! INGREDIENTS: -1 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts -1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes -1 cup low-sodium chicken broth -2 tsp chili powder -2 tsp salt -1 tsp ground cumin -1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained -Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, sour cream, diced avocado, salsa, hot sauce, diced green onions, shredded lettuce DIRECTIONS: 1. Combine the chicken, diced tomatoes and their juices, chicken broth, chili powder, salt, and cumin in a slow cooker. Make sure the chicken is covered with liquid. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hrs. 2. After about 2 1/2 hrs stir in the beans. Cover and continue cook for about 1 hr. 3. Use two forks to shred the chicken. Add your toppings and enjoy!
