Chipotle Chicken Tacos #tacosdepollo #chickentacos #crispychickentacos #cheesytacos #chipotletacos  #tacosconqueso #tacosdepollodorados #mexicanfood #comidamexicana #tacosdorados #chickentacos Ingredients  Marinade  1 can chipotle with adobo sauce  1 tbsp lime juice  1 tsp cumin 2 tsp oregano  1 tbsp honey 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper  2 cloves garlic 1/4 cup olive oil Sauce 2 tbsp mayo 1/4 cup sour cream 2 tbsp of marinade  2 lbs chicken breasts  Chihuahua Shredded cheese Zero carb flour tortillas (use corn if u want & for gluten free) Directions: 1.  Blend up marinade, add oil in blender while it blends. 2. Mix together sour cream, mayo and 2 tbsp of marinade. Set in fridge till time to use in a covered container.  This is our sauce. 3. Slice chicken in half so it’s thinner.  Then season with salt & pepper. Cover with marinade and sit in fridge 1-4 hours or longer. 4. Grill up on a griddle or pan.  Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Medium high heat.  Can use oil if it’s not a nonstick surface. 5. Let chicken rest for 5-10 mins then dice up into bite size cubes.  6. In a pan or your griddle over medium heat, add some neutral oil (higher smoke point then olive oil so canola or veggie or avocado oil) and pan fry the tortillas with the diced chicken and cheese. 7. Flip and get both sides crispy.  8.
