Dropping some wisdom for my #ChristianWives on day 2 of my 7 year anniversary #staycation trip! This day we did absolutely NOTHING and I loved it because it was truly a day of rest and reflection. Over these seven years of being a wife, I miserably failed at understanding and applying a lot of things… The truth is, in the beginning stages of my marriage I wasn’t in my word 📖 and as a result, I was bound to my flesh. I wasn’t prepared to see my marriage as a partnership and I didn’t know how to stay my husband’s friend when adverse times hit our marriage. Trauma from my past often knocked on my door and I let them right in… Leaving myself and my husband uncovered spiritually. 😔 But thanks to God’s grace, I learned how to BECOME a Godly wife at the right time so that my marriage could stand the tests of time and become one that is PLEASING to God! I am so excited to share more of my story in the near future! But for now, please enjoy the wisdom and knowledge that I share as God sees fit! Lastly, I’m praying that a man of God would desire to marry all of my girlies, as they become, or are already TRUE women of God! Side Note: who else loves this movie 🤭✨?
