I promise I’m not actually a robot, even if my habits make me seem like one😂🤖 The secret to tackling MANY goals at once is your habits. I can’t 100% control whether my goals come to fruition, but I CAN control my daily habits. Here are the cumulative results of my habits in 2024. Structure: Habit➡️Cumulative result DAILY HABITS: 1. Personal development➡️learned science behind 365+ fitness topics 2. Work out 5-6 days/week➡️260-312 workouts completed 3. Practice faith in God (pray + listen to Bible + attend Mass weekly)➡️grew in faith in God 4. Meditate➡️meditated for 60+ hours 5. Cold shower➡️365 cold showers + immunity and dopamine 6. Post on IG, FB, TT, and LI ➡️ 1,300+ social media posts created 7. Walk/run 17k steps➡️20,948 avg steps (7.6M+ steps walked); 10.1 avg miles (3,685+ miles walked+run 8. Work on businesses➡️grew businesses 9. Stretch➡️increased flexibility, reduced injury risk 10. Write in book➡️2nd draft completion 11. Weigh myself➡️tracked weight between 164.2-192lbs across year 12. Track calories➡️~2900kcals avg calorie intake, 230g avg protein intake (~1.06M calories, ~84k grams protein total); got in best shape of my life 13. Track weight lifted➡️stronger on every exercise 14. Sleep 7-9hrs➡️8hrs 15mins avg (3,011hrs, or 125.5 days asleep); energized and recovered from training 15. Improv class+jams weekly➡️grew as an improviser 16. Eat colors➡️body properly fueled, never got sick besides COVID 17. Engage with commenters on social media➡️build community 18. Warm shower➡️hygiene + sleep prep 19. Laugh➡️happy 20. Write IG caption➡️connect with community, reflect on life, grow businesses 21. Train with my O2 Trainer 3 days per week ➡️strengthened🫁💪🏼 22. Give OFCA lectures monthly➡️deepened fitness knowledge + helped others do the same 23. Brush teeth + floss➡️clean teeth, no cavities 24. Video sets at gym➡️progress documented and shared to inspire others 25. Release 2+ YT videos/month ➡️ released 9 new YT videos (started end of year with this habit) 26. Get a massage 2x per month➡️improved recovery and well-being 27. Morning sun exposure➡️energized during day and high sleep quality at night 28. Invest time in a relationships ➡️ deeper connections
