Fluffernutter Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars~ 🥜🪵🎄☃️💭✨ Recipe~ - 113g (½ cup) unsalted butter, soft - 110g (½ cup + 1 tbsp) peanut butter - 150g (¾ cup) brown sugar - 60g (¼ cup) granulated sugar - 2 eggs - 5g (1 tsp) vanilla extract - 60g (4 tbsp) heavy cream or milk - 6g (1 tsp) baking soda - 0.5g (¼ tsp) baking powder - 5g (1 tsp) salt - 385g (2 ¾ cups) all purpose flour PB Frosting - 90g (½ cup) peanut butter - 15g - 30g (2 tbsp - 4 tbsp) powdered sugar - milk or water to thin - Marshmallow Fluff to top ~ 1. Preheat oven to 360F. Spray (with oil) & Line a slightly deep pan with parchment paper on top of the oil. Set to the side. 2. In a mixing bowl, whip the butter, sugars, peanut butter, heavy cream, vanilla, and eggs until smooth and fluffy. About 4 mins. In a separate bowl, combine your dry ingredients. 3. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and fold until just combined. Dump and press the mixture evenly into the pan. 4. Bake for 22 - 27 minutes. Once finished baking, let it sit for 10 minutes. Spread the peanut butter frosting on top and let it cool completely before topping with the marshmallow fluff. 🎄☃️🥜🪵
