These individually baked egg cocottes are cozy, chic, and perfect for impressing your guests—especially when served with toast points and a glass of @Hampton Water Rosé Here’s how to make them: Ingredients (per cocotte): 1 tsp butter (for greasing) 🧈 1-2 tbsp Pecorino Romano cheese, grated 🧀 1 tbsp heavy cream 🥛 2 large eggs 🥚 Fresh chives, chopped 🌱 Salt & pepper to taste 🧂 Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2️⃣ Grease an individual cocotte with butter, then sprinkle a layer of grated Pecorino Romano cheese. 3️⃣ Add 1 tbsp heavy cream over the cheese. 4️⃣ Crack 2 eggs into the cocotte, being careful not to break the yolks. 5️⃣ Sprinkle a little more Pecorino Romano on top, along with fresh chives, salt, and pepper. 6️⃣ Place the cocottes in a baking dish and fill the dish with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the cocottes. 7️⃣ Bake covered for 9 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 6 minutes for runny yolks or 8 minutes for jammy yolks. ✨ Serve warm with toast points and a glass of Hampton Water sparkling rosé.
