One of my most asked questions is how are my eggs so clean without washing them. These 3 things keep our eggs this clean almost all the time. From time to time we do have a poopy egg or 2, but that’s it. You can have egg this clean as well!! For my nesting boxes I love to use @eatonpetandpasture liners. They are amazing and my chickens love them!! Our chickens free range, but I still add straw or shavings outside the coop to help reduce the mud they have on their feet. If I notice a chicken I sleeping in the nesting box I remove that chicken and place it on the roost bars each night. If the chicken doesn’t seem to get the point that nesting boxes aren’t for sleeping in I know it’s time to up my roosting space.
