Why MY fave stock F99 might not be right for everyone? Creamy keyboard vs. thocky keyboard? Light press vs. heavy press? In addition to everything I say in this video, I think if you LOVE the sound but aren't sure about how heavy a switch you can tolerate -- you can always try it out and give it about 1-2 weeks. You could use a different base too, so long as it is one with similar multi-layers of foam and silicone pad dampening to achieve a similar sound :) You could absolutely use an F75 too.
