TIPS TO END YOUR CREATIVE BLOCK! 👇 I’ve been stuck in content paralysis so many times. As someone who channels a lot of messages, it can get overwhelming. I have endless notes filled with ideas and plans that I’ve never acted on. The longer I’ve waited, the more anxiety and frustration I’ve built up. HOWEVER, ChatGPT has been a great help to move through this. I start by speaking aloud into a tool like Descript to transcribe my thoughts & get everything out of my head without judgment. Then, I plug that transcript into ChatGPT & ask it to pull out key themes, potential content ideas, or summarize it all into something coherent. It’s like having a second brain💯 Some other things to try that have worked for me: ⚡ Set a 10-minute timer and force yourself to create something—anything. 🧠 Mind-dump on paper—write out everything swirling in your head w/o judgment & see what gems emerge. 🎯 Focus on one core message or idea—strip it back to the simplest version of what you want to say. Overcomplicating kills creativity. 🗣️ Record yourself talking through your ideas, then listen back. Hearing your own voice can clarify your thoughts. 🔄 Start backward—imagine the end result and reverse engineer your steps. Working from the end can unblock your forward motion. 🚫 Take a break from consuming content—sometimes we overload our minds with too much inspiration. 🤸♀️ Move your body—creativity lives in your entire being, not just your head. A quick walk or stretch can shake loose new ideas. 🛠️ Do a creative warm-up—sketch, scribble, or make something unrelated to your main project. 💭 Visualize yourself creating—see yourself completing the task in your mind. Mental rehearsal can trick your brain into action. 💡 Reconnect with your ‘why’—what drove you to create in the first place? That deeper purpose can reignite your spark. Be sure to like if this helped and share with your favorite creative! . .
