Before Chance was born, I had an extremely successful concierge fitness business but was going through the paces through most of it. My inspiration was waning and I knew there was more I had to do in the world. When he came into the world, I effectively dissolved the business to be a full time mom (I realize what a privilege it is to have been able to do that). They say babies are bread baskets and I couldn’t agree more. Through the experience of my first year of motherhood, my creativity came back. While I haven’t had time to turn my creativity into productivity just yet (these little beings take TIME and Chance may be having a little Miss Rachel time just to write this caption not gonna lie), but I am certainly planting the seeds and learning how to find the time to water them. By sharing my 2025 list with you, I hope it keeps me accountable for the things I have planned and may have to work a little harder to find time to achieve while in full time mom mode. To see your favorite moments come to life as a magical art piece dm me! I find month after month I am tapping into new layers of the artist in me that I didn’t know existed. The previous year, I slowed down my production of my art so I could spend time to learn new techniques from artists that inspire me and it has opened me up to these new insights that have totally changed my art! I am a very emotional person and being able to put those feelings into a meaningful piece that I get to hold onto forever, feels like a looking glass into my memories. So grateful to the artists who have inspired me and so proud of the artist I am becoming!
