Lmao I love yall. Here’s the recipe to the coconut curry salmon! Salmon 1. Salt + Black Pepper + Garlic Powder 2. Fry it on medium heat for 2 mins on each side to get the light brown color. (DO NOT COOK ALL THE WAY THROUGH) Sauce 1. Fresh Ginger 2. Fresh Garlic 3. Spicy Red Pepper 4. Harissa or Red Thai Chili Paste (both work well in my opinion) 5. Fresh Parsley + Cilantro 6. Red + Green Bell Peppers 7. Squeeze of a Lime 8. Curry Seasoning 9. Salt STEPS In the same pan you cooked your salmon in, add in 2 tbsp of butter, add your fresh ginger, fresh garlic, red hot pepper, curry seasoning and mix for 1-2 mins. Then add in your coconut milk, let that simmer for about 5 mins on medium LOW! Then you add your salmon along with fresh bell peppers, parsley and cilantro and let that cook on medium for 10 minutes, and on low for 2 minutes!
