I actually made a video on this a little while ago using the example of my wife… She always tried to be active, but HATES lifting, and struggled to stick to running given her schedule. She’d go weeks at a time without any workouts 🙈 Then, last year she signed up for Cycle Bar 🚲 and absolutely fell in love with it. She’s now gone from making excuses to NOT work out, to rearranging her schedule to make sure she CAN work out 😅 And her health and mood have improved drastically ever since. Simply because she found a way to be consistent 💪🏼 🏋️♀️ Hard work is important, and pushing yourself is the key to seeing progression — but that doesn’t mean it’s the most IMPORTANT factor. 🗓️ A lot of people will start a workout plan or challenge (like 75 Hard) and feel GREAT. They’re working hard, seeing some results, and feeling good… But it doesn’t last 🙈 Sometimes they last a week. Maybe even a month. But more often than not, if you force yourself to continue doing a workout program you dread, you’ll give up. It’s human nature. So instead, you need to find something that you ENJOY doing, while also pushing yourself. Whether that’s lifting, running, group classes — or even a hybrid of those. (And honestly, the same principles apply to your nutrition, too!!) 💬 Comment WORKOUT or NUTRITION if you’re looking to change your habits and need help coming up with the right plan 💪🏼 _____________
