Day 12: Sunday Reset 🩵 Hydrate before we caffeinate—this mantra is a game-changer! 💧 My gallon water goal is in full swing. Started the morning strong with pineapple passionfruit ketones 🍍 and followed it up with passionfruit electrolytes for that extra hydration boost. And, of course, had my Seed supplement because gut health is everything! 🍴 Lunch: Protein oats mixed with water and stacked with peanut butter protein powder, topped with fresh fruit. 🍓🍌 I haven’t had oatmeal in over 5 years, and let me tell you... I WILL be having it again! 😍 🥜 Afternoon snack: The usual—peanuts, a sugar-free beef stick, and papaya paradise ketones. These are my everyday afternoon pick-me-up, giving me the energy, mood boost, and appetite control I need to power through the second half of my day! 💪 🍲 Dinner: Chili night! 🌶️ Made with dark and light kidney beans, doubled up the meat, and added corn for a sweet twist. 🌽 Fun fact: This was the first time in probably 30 years that I didn’t add sour cream or cheese to my chili. Making some big changes, and honestly, I’m good with them! Finished the day strong with my steps—7,500 was the goal, and I crushed it! Ended my night with magnesium and my protein shake. A productive day sets the tone for an even better week ahead! Tomorrow is Monday, and I have an official weigh-in and body scan.
