walking is an amazing workout!!! don’t let anyone tell you otherwise! weight training, pilates and yoga are amazing too, but if all you can prioritize or mentally handle right now is walking, it’s enough! plus, it’s free! it’s been my main form of movement for the last year and has been amazing for me in many ways. it’s supportive for hormone health, our stress response, digestion, and so much more.
