Special gratitude to Trent for all of the support leading up to the race, watching me on long runs, helping me with strength training, keeping me accountable to my crazy goal, and patiently listening to my running rants as someone who didn't give two hoots about running. I love you! And finally, thanks to STRIDE for making running accessible. For giving me a place to run when it's raining, freezing cold, or scorching hot. For having soft treads for my old knees. And for having amazing coaches that make the hardest parts of training the most fun! From my first STRAVA activity in February, to my first marathon this December, @Stride_addison has opened the door to the wonderful world of running for me, and for that I couldn't be more excited.
