Take a 1 to 3 min break and repeat the cycle again 2 or more times. Note, these exercises should be done back to back without a break until the end of the cycle. Also, on the stationary lunges, if you can complete the lunges but not all the curls, finish out the lunge set without the curls. Finally a new demo for you all! This one is more for #homeworkouts but if your #gym has #superbands/#pullupassistancebands, you can do this there as well. Superband single arm chest press (15 to 20 reps) superset with superband wide grip static squat row (15 to 20 reps). Take a 1 to 3 minute break and repeat 3 or more times. Remember to keep your core tight so you don’t twist on the chest press and no jerky movements. Controlled in each direction. #danwelden #resistancebands #resistancebandsworkout
