BROWN BUTTER DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES A chocolate lovers dream 🍪✨ Recipe below OR go to my website through the link in my bio 🤎 #Recipe Details (makes 10-13 cookies): Brown Butter Double Chocolate Chip Cookies: - 1/2 cup (113g) salted butter - 3/4 cup (196g) brown sugar, light or dark - 1/4 cup (60g) granulated sugar - 1 egg + 1 egg yolk, at room temperature - 2 tsp vanilla extract - 1 tbsp (15ml) heavy cream (or milk of choice), at room temperature  - 1 cup (130g) all-purpose flour @Bob’s Red Mill  - 2/3 cup (75g) cocoa powder @Hershey’s  - 1 tsp (6g) baking soda - 1 tsp (2g) espresso granules (or instant espresso powder), optional - 1/2 tsp (3g) salt  - 1/2 cup (80g) semi-sweet chocolate chips @Nestlé @Nestle Toll House @Nestlé USA  - 1/2 cup (80g) dark chocolate chips @Ghirardelli Chocolate Company  Instructions: Start by browning the butter. Add the butter to a saucepan over medium-high heat. Allow to melt and slightly brown (~5 minutes). Remove from the heat and immediately pour into a large bowl. Allow it to cool slightly. In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, espresso granules (if using), and salt. Set aside. Once the brown butter has cooled, add both sugars, and whisk to combine. Then add in the egg and egg yolk, and whisk until combined and lighter in color.  Add the vanilla and heavy cream. Whisk until well combined. Add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet, and gently fold until fully incorporated.  Add the chocolate chips, and gently fold until evenly dispersed. The cookie dough will be quite thick, yet slightly sticky. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to chill for at least 1-2 hours (ideally 2-4 hours) or up to 24 hours. I let mine sit in the fridge overnight! Once ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Remove the cookie dough from the fridge and allow to sit at room temperature for 20-25 minutes, to make it easier to scoop. If it needs longer, let it sit longer! Use a large cookie scoop (3 tbsp) to scoop (pack the dough into the scoop with your hands) the dough out onto the baking sheets, spacing the cookies 2” apart from each other. Bake at 350F for 11-14 minutes, until the edges are set and the middle still looks soft. If the cookies aren’t spreading by minute 9, remove from the oven and lightly smack/bang the baking sheet on the counter 4-5 times to flatten them out. Then, return to the oven to continue baking for a few more minutes. Remove and if desired, use a large cup or bowl to swirl around the cookies to make them into a perfect circle. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack. Serve warm with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and a glass of milk, if desired. Puppy Love Pretzel Pops 🐶❤️ You will need: Pretzel sticks (or cakepop sticks) White and dark chocolate, melted Googly eyes Heart sprinkles Chocolate morsels or mini nonpareil candy Dip the pretzel (or cakepop) stick into white chocolate and adhere it between two mini pretzels. Freeze for 5 minutes. Dip the set pretzel pops into white chocolate, set on parchment paper placed over cutting board, baking sheet, or large plate (for easier transferring to freezer). Spoon-in more white chocolate if needed to flatten the surface of pretzel. Using a cakepop stick or toothpick dipped into melted dark chocolate, make the (face) spots/freckles and while the white and dark chocolate are still wet - add the two heart sprinkles for ears and half of sprinkle heart for the "tong", googly eyes, and nose (large chocolate morsel, mini m&m, or nonpareil candy works well). DARK CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY BREAD PUDDING Well now I know exactly what I want for Valentine’s Day 😌 Recipe below OR go to my website through the link in my bio 💌 #Recipe Details (8-12 servings): Ingredients: - 12 thick-cut slices of brioche bread or 12 brioche rolls, preferably dried out overnight, cut into 1” cubes - Optional: turbinado sugar, for topping Custard: - 1 cup (250ml) milk of choice - 1 cup (250ml) heavy cream - 1 1/2 tbsp (24g) salted butter - 1/4 cup (55g) granulated sugar  - Pinch of salt - 1 tsp (4g) vanilla extract or paste - 4 eggs, at room temperature Filling: - 4oz dark chocolate, chopped @Tony's Chocolonely US @hukitchen  - 12oz fresh raspberries @Driscoll’s  - 1/2 cup raspberry jam Crème Anglaise (Optional): - 3/4 cup (175ml) heavy cream - 3/4 cup (175ml) whole milk - 1 vanilla bean, beans removed (or 1 tsp vanilla extract) - 4 egg yolks - 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar  Instructions: Start by preparing the crème anglaise, if using. In a medium pot over medium heat, add the heavy cream and milk.  Add the vanilla bean seeds, mix, and bring to a simmer.  In a separate medium bowl, add the egg yolks and sugar. Whisk until light in color. Once milk mixture is simmering, slowly pour it into the eggs to temper, continuously whisking. Add the mixture back to the pot, and bring to medium heat. While cooling, prepare the whipped cream cheese topping. Place your mixing bowl in the freezer or fridge 5-10 minutes before starting. Beat the cream cheese on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes until cream cheese is smooth and free of lumps.  Slowly pour in the heavy whipping cream and continue beating until the cream cheese resembles a liquid mixture. Continue to add the remaining heavy whipping cream and beat until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until stiff peaks form. Use immediately and keep refrigerated. Meet your new favorite treat! 🍫✨ These Dark Chocolate Berry Bars are loaded with juicy berries, crunchy toasted pistachios, and rich dark chocolate—basically, a little slice of heaven. Perfect for sharing… or not. 😉 ✨ INGREDIENTS ✨ * 3.5 oz Dark Chocolate (Use any percentage you prefer)  * 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter * 2 tbsp coconut oil * 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup * 1/2 cup frozen berries (I used blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and pomegranate seeds) * 1/2 cup whole pistachios (lightly salted) * 1/2 tsp course sea salt for topping bars ✨INSTRUCTIONS ✨  1. Melt the dark chocolate on the stove using the double boiler method. 2. Once, the dark chocolate is melted, add in the peanut butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup.  3. Stir until ingredients are melted together.  4. Keep warm until you are ready to add in the rest of the ingredients.  5. Toast the pistachios in a small frying pan by adding them to the frying pan on medium heat, 6. Toast until fragrant stirring occasionally (around 5-6 minutes) Watch them so they do not burn. 7. Once the pistachios are toasted, add them into the melted dark chocolate 8. Line a 9x5 pan with parchment paper and pour in the chocolate mixture. 9. Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the bottom.  10. Lightly smash frozen berries to help break them up into smaller pieces.  11. Quickly stir in the frozen berries.  12. Place the loaf pan in the freezer for 30 minutes until set.  13. Remove from freezer and sprinkle course sea salt on the top. 14. Cut into bars and enjoy!  15.
