It sounds crazy but I’ve learned a unique way to tell others about Jesus. 🗣️Testify through exercise 🗣️Let your health journey be a testimony 🗣️Steward the health you have well Then tell them about the goodness of God when they ask what you’re doing or you encounter them on the journey. People can’t see your spirit but they can see your actions. They notice when you’re walking in brokenness or living in victory. God gave me my ability to walk and run, let alone the fact that he saved my life. I’m not willing to squander that with sedentary living and poor health habits that make me sick. I prayed and pleaded with God to heal me all the way, until I finally accepted my limitations. Then one day after an all out argument I had with God, he healed me. He didn’t have to but he did. In his mercy and grace. My argument was rooted in faith and I believe that’s what mattered to him more than my frustration. So I do not take my health lightly, knowing that I could have a lot less of it than I do. So I honor him by stewarding the measure of health he’s given me. And I encourage you to do the same. Even if you’re dealing with physical burdens, you have a measure of health to steward. Don’t let your injury or condition make you complacent, or worse, ungrateful. The biggest thank you we could ever give to God regarding all the physical obstacles he’s helped us overcome is to take good care of our bodies. They belong to him, his Spirit abides in them, and he loves us. I’m a Christian fitness coach and I run an online coaching program that guides people toward Christ and incredible health simultaneously. If you’d like my help, send me a message!! Grace and peace.
