My before and after of my weight loss/fat loss journey. Fellow mommies, I know how hard it is to A) make time for ourselves and B) stay consistent enough to see real results. There’s also this myth that we can’t lose our mommy pouch. As someone who went through a twin pregnancy and has a C-section, I shared that fear. I thought I’d have to starve myself and do intense workouts, but from my experience, neither of these are necessary. Slow and steady workouts add up, and eating well-balanced, high-protein meals makes a huge difference. The ‘before’ in this video isn’t even my true ‘before.’ At this point (in the white tee), I had already lost 30lbs (14kgs) from my postpartum weight and maintained for a while. Then, 6 months ago, I decided to restart because I wasn’t happy with that weight. Four months ago, I discovered I had DR (diastasis recti), so I had to adjust my routine to include healing exercises, which have truly helped. 🤞🏽 Drop a ❤️ if you want me to share more of my journey with you all, and feel free to ask me anything about my weight loss journey in the comments! I’ll be happy to answer.
