As I reflect on my personal evolution, I have come to realize that being the strongest person in the room had become a burdensome responsibility. However, I have since discovered that, as a woman, it is equally impressive to be the softest person in the room. True leaders don’t always need to vocalize their authority; instead, they lead by example, listen thoughtfully, take risk, make mistake and apologize along the way. As someone who is deeply passionate and protective, embracing this new mindset has been a rewarding challenge for me. Soft strength is creating safe, realistic boundaries and not allowing any and everyone to overstep them. Understanding the importance of having qualified conversations with qualified people plus more! To be continued…. As I continue to grow, I find myself letting go of the responsibility and weight of other caring about other people opinions or false narratives! Deciding to enter a place of not clearing up any rumors or hearsay! Simply laughing while choosing to live a life that bring me ultimate peace, joy and happiness! Excuse me while I navigate this new era of self-awareness, growth, success, failure, forgiveness, preserved strength, empathy and love! Welcome to the EVOLUTION, 2025 I’ve been preparing for you! Signed the imperfect woman🥰💕
