Stateside visited Castalia at Sfumato, a perfumery and cocktail bar, to learn about what makes a good mocktail. 🍸Castalia's current seasonal menu is inspired by scientists that owner Kevin Peterson looks up to as "personal heroes." The Great Book of Mercy mocktail is inspired by the work of Jabir ibn Hayyan. 🍸Each drink is served with a sample of fragrance.
