In a sauce pan, add blueberries, sugar and vanilla, stir to combine. 2. Cook over medium high heat until mixture thickens. When done, remove from heat, stir in butter and allow jam to cool. 3. Store jam in an air tight jar in the fridge until ready to use For the toast: 1. To a piece of whole grain bread that has been toasted, alternate between whipped feta and blueberry jam to create a checkered pattern. 2. Top with basil and enjoy!
