We’re having broccoli and cheddar soup tonight for dinner so I’m making a easy honey bread to go with it.  1 cup warm water  1 tablespoon active dry yeast  1/4 cup honey  1 cup milk  2 tablespoons olive oil  2 teaspoon Celtic salt  5 cups of all purpose flour Add 1 cup of warm water, yeast and honey to your mixer and mix until combine. Let’s sit for 10 minutes. It will start to foam up. Now you can add in oil,milk, salt and flour. Knead dough for six minutes. Remove the dough from your bowl oil add dough back in and cover. Let rise for one hour. Dump out onto a floured surface and shape your dough, put it into a baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes while your oven is preheating at 350° . We’re going to bake these for 25 minutes covered and uncovered for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy. If using instant yeast, you can skip this step and add it directly to the dry ingredients. - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt. - Add the warm milk, melted butter, egg, and activated yeast (or instant yeast directly if skipping activation). - Mix until the dough comes together, then knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Alternatively, use a stand mixer with a dough hook for 5-6 minutes. - Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl and cover with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap. Let it rise in a warm spot for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until doubled in size. - Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a smooth ball and place them on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced slightly apart. - Cover the rolls loosely with a towel and let them rise again for 30-40 minutes until puffy. - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). - Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. - As soon as the rolls come out of the oven, brush them with melted butter. Beginner friendly no-knead artisan bread recipe 💌 also who can guess the show I’m watching in the background lol  Ingredients * 3 ½ cups (440g) bread flour * 1 ½ teaspoons (9g) fine sea salt * 2 teaspoons (7g) instant yeast * 1 ½ cups (360g) warm water (110°F/43°C) * ½ teaspoon honey  * In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and instant yeast. * Add warm water (110°F) and stir until a sticky dough forms. * If using honey and/or olive oil, mix them into the water first. * Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a damp towel. * Place it in a warm spot (around 80-85°F/27-29°C).
