Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and crushed pepper flakes.  Once browned, remove and set aside. Using the same pan, add a little bit of avocado oil, then you are sliced onions, carrots, and cabbage. Season with salt and pepper and sauté until they get a little color. Then add in chopped garlic and saute for another few minutes. Next, add in cooked pork in mix everything together. Add in soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix. Finish with fresh, cilantro or green onion. Serve over white rice, and top with some leftover Chinese duck sauce. 🤤

Answer: use tortillas and make egg roll quesadillas instead 🌱Easy Egg roll Quesadillas 🌱 1 tbsp oil 8 oz extra firm tofu 1 cup grated cabbage 1/2 cup grated carrots 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp ginger powder 2 tbsp tamari 1 tbsp coconut aminos 1 tbsp sesame seeds 1 tsp white pepper 3 large tortillas cut in half Dipping sauce: 1 tbsp tamari 1/2 tbsp gochujang 1/2 green onion chopped 1 tsp sesame seeds Grate the tofu , cabbage & carrots Heat a large frying pan, add the oil. Add the tofu, cabbage and carrots and sauté for 1 -2 minutes. Add the garlic , ginger, sesame oil, tamari, coconut aminos, sesame seeds and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes more Place 1/2 of the tortilla in a plate . Add a scoop of of tofu mixture to the middle and fold in each side. Add meat and cook until crumbled and cooked through. Season meat with pepper, ginger, rice vinegar, & coconut aminos. Add mushrooms & water chestnuts, let cook a few. Add slaw and broccoli, turn to low and cover for a few min. Once wilted, make a little hole or well and crack eggs 1 at a time to scramble. I usually add one more splash of coconut aminos before serving. Salt to taste, there’s usually plenty of salt in the aminos so I don’t add.
